A: Unlike what you'll find at other distributers or from overseas suppliers, our cabinets are designed and inspected to deliver the best quality. In addition to providing the best quality in the industry, we design our cabinets to be universal for the fitting for any game board of your choosing. Our efforts are to deliver your business the best investment you can make for long lasting returns. 

Q: Can I trust my credit/debit card information on your website?

A: Definitely! Our hosting services handle transactions with Level 1 PCI DSS compliance. We are limited to viewing details that help our business function such as your name and shipping information, therefore keeping your information private.

Q: How long will shipping take?
A: This will take 3-5 business days after your order has been processed. Once you've placed your order, it will take less than 24 hours to process and will ship the following business day. 

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If you'd like to cancel your order you must do it within 2 hours of placing your order. Please email us at americanarcadesupplies@gmail.com with the title "CANCEL ORDER REQUEST" and the order number sent to you in your confirmation email. 

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Our return policy applies for 60 days after submitting your purchase. Please contact us so we can walk you through the returning process. 100% money back.
